jef’s brother, jim, flew from new york to spend 4th of july weekend with us. he begged to be put to work … so we let him start by carrying his own bed up from the basement.
he stripped windows with us…
he helped us get rid of an a/c unit the size of a SmartCar…
he helped us test some paint in the living room that turned out to be too dark and too gray…
he helped us paint the whole living room again in a lighter shade of blue…
he even helped the cats adjust to this freaky house…
and he chilled with us while we watched way more dave chappelle than one weekend calls for.
